Josh Clarke Union University, Jackson Junior, Christian Studies Hometown: Savannah, Tenn.

Josh has been an active student leader throughout his high school and college careers.
At Union, he's been president of his class in his Junior, Sophomore and Freshman years. He's also been an SGA Senator all three of those years. In addition, he's a Focus Leader for orientation and a Rounders Leader for book study.
Earlier this year, he organized Union's Pack The Truck campaign to help tornado victims in Dyersburg. He's active with Relay For Life to benefit the American Cancer Society.
In June, he visited Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, as part of a five-person, two-week mission trip from his school. He's also President of Scripture Ministries in Savannah, which organizes youth conferences and mission opportunities for young people.
At Hardin County High School, he was class president for the last three years before graduation, a delegate to Boys' State and a delegate to the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership conference.

Josh attended TISL as a Senator in 2003. He is President of the East Tennessee State University Student Government Association, which he’s helped to restructure as a more effective organization. He’s also Webmaster for the East Tennessean campus newspaper, and he’s listed in the 2006 edition of Who’s Who among American College and University Students.

Nic was Student President at Chattanooga State Technical Community College in 2005 and was Chief Justice in 2004. He got involved in TISL as an extension of his interest in public speaking and working with people. He spends a lot of time reading, listening to music and doing volunteer work in his community.

Amanda is a student Senator Junior Class Treasurer at her school. She is a Union Ambassador and was a Freshman Orientation Leader. She is on the Panhellenic Executive Council and belongs to Chi Omega.

Kristy led Lambuth’s delegation at TISL for two years previously. She’s on the Lambuth soccer team and in the History Club. She’s been active in numerous political campaigns, including U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell and U.S. Rep. Ed Whitfield. She was a high school standout, graduating with honors and serving as captain of the soccer team.

Kenneth began his college career at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he served as Freshman Senate President and Chairman of the Projects and Procedures Committee. At the University of Memphis, Kenneth was selected as Chairman of the Judicial Affairs committee and also served as Speaker Pro Tempore of the Senate in his SGA.

Chelsie is Secretary of the Junior Class at Trevecca. She participated in Alabama Youth Legislature while in high school. She's also a veteran of the Alabama and National High School Mock Trial Championships.
