Pre-TISL Regional Workshops Underway
Nearly two dozen delegates for the 37th General Assembly attended the first Pre-TISL Regional Workshop on Sunday, Oct. 8, in Jackson.
Lt. Gov. Kristy Carmack of Lambuth University explained Robert's Rules of Orders, and delegates participated in debates about three mock bills.
