freeConferenceCall
FreeConferenceCall

freeconferencecall.com

Free conference calls plus easy media sharing.

Have delegation meetings even when people aren't on campus.

googleDrive
Google Drive

drive.google.com

Cloud-based service for sharing documents within your delegation. Use it for:

  • Delegation organizational documents such as constitution and by-laws
  • Bills you're writing
  • AMC3 materials, including downloaded documents and materials you're writing (briefs, case summaries, etc.)

Each person can have a Google Drive account, but documents created and shared from a personal account are lost to the delegation if the individual goes away.

If you create a separate Google account for your delegation, it can be a permanent repository. You can give delegation members controlled access via the Sharing feature. You'll also get a permanent delegation gmail address.

GroupMe

groupme.com

Text messaging for a group.

Great for instant communication among your delegation, AMC3 team, lobbying firm and more.

The creator can add people to the group, but each person has to reply once to confirm participation.

SurveyMonkey

surveymonkey.com

User SurveyMonkey to gather your delegation's opinions.

whenisgood
When Is Good

whenisgood.net

Hard to find a meeting time for a bunch of people? When Is Good makes it easy. The creator picks a bunch of possible times. Everyone else says what's possible for them. The answer emerges.

The time zone feature helps if people are scattered.

Emphasize to people that they should pick all possible times, not just their first choice.
