Thursday, Nov. 3 Midnight	Deadline for filing legislation. Bills filed after deadline will be referred to the Late Bills Committee. Deadline for AMC briefs Final deadline for colleges to register for the General Assembly. House of Representatives will be apportioned according to registrations received by this date. Delegates who submit individual registration by this date will receive a free TISL t-shirt.
