TITLE 3, CHAPTER 50
Chapter 50: Miscellaneous Provisions
3-50-1. Any bill proposing to amend the Tennessee Constitution, if passed by a simple majority in each house, shall lie over to a subsequent day and be considered again. If, upon second consideration, that bill is passed by a two-thirds majority in each house, it shall be presented to the Governor who may sign or veto it.
