Chapter 3: Name Tag Fraud

5-3-1. Name tag fraud is prohibited.

(a) A person commits name tag fraud when he/she misrepresents his/her position in TISL by wearing or presenting a name tag that is inaccurate to obtain access to a location or privilege to which he/she would not not otherwise be entitled.

(b) The first violation of this act shall be punished as a Class C Minor Offense pursuant to the Delegate Conduct Act of 2013. Subsequent violations shall be punished as a Class B Minor Offense.
